Certain behavior of the Thinx! CRM module is configurable. This configuration can be accessed from the Configuration Directory available to Thinx! Platform administrators in your organization through the My Account site area.
The following configuration parameters are available:

| CRM_CUSTOMER_EXT_SCHEMA_ID | The id of the Thinx! Entity schema representing the unstructured data for contacts in the system. |
| CRM_CUSTOMER_SHOW_METRICS | Boolean flag indicating whether or not the Metric widgets display on the Contact Landing page. Setting this value to false hides the widgets for all users. The default value is true. |
| CRM_EMAIL_FROM_ADDRESS_TO_DISPLAY | The “From” email address which will be used by the Thinx! Messaging framework when emails are generated and sent from the CRM module. The email in this setting has precedence over any from email address assigned to the email template through the Messaging framework UI. |
| CRM_ORG_SHOW_METRICS | Boolean flag indicating whether or not the Metric widgets display on the Organization Landing page. Setting this value to false hides the widgets for all users. The default value is true. |
| CRM_ORGANIZATION_EXT_SCHEMA_ID | The id of the Thinx! Entity schema representing the unstructured data for organizations in the system. |
| CRM_RECENT_CONTACTS_DAYS | Controls the time period in number of days of qualifies as a recently viewed contact. This impacts the “Recently Viewed” filter option in the Contacts Landing page. The default is 7 days. |
